This Menlo Park office space features individual offices with common space amenities designed to be shared. The finishes were chosen very deliberately to have the doors, millwork, and ceiling all tie together for a clean and sleek look.

One of the highlights of this space is the demountable office front and wall system by Modernus. This required a significant structural design and additional MEP coordination for this system that had to cross into the offices above the header. Our teams pulled together to deliver this to a satisfied client as it was under budget and on schedule – just what a client likes to see and hear!
