Polychain, a cryptocurrency investment firm, partnered with GCI for the entire duration of their 20,000 sq ft full-floor Tenant Improvement project. From conception through close-out, the project scope included pre-construction planning, budget development, design-build work, and a 14-week construction schedule.
The unconventional space, designed by Blitz, reflects the company’s offbeat culture. Non-orthogonal spaces, open exposed ceilings, polished concrete floors, and rich, playful applications of lighting and millwork create a dynamic and engaging environment. The break room even features a climbing wall to make it clear: this is not your typical office space.
