GCI worked alongside Huntsman Architecture to complete this tenant improvement project for a financial services firm at One Maritime Plaza. 32,000 square feet of office space was demolished and replaced to complete this two-floor build out. A large gathering area and conference room has been added, as well as 30-foot functional sliding doors to help break up the space. High end finishes can be seen throughout, with wood wall paneling and cesarstone tops. An aggressive schedule made this project especially challenging, in addition new stairs were added to an occupied space.
