Full-floor Tenant Improvement in the heart of the Financial District. This buildout is the headquarters for the company and includes a large PK-30 operable wall system in the boardroom which will allow for an all-hands meeting area, a break area with spectacular views of the Bay Bridge, and  beautiful reclaimed wood feature walls throughout the suite. This reclaimed wood is old-growth Douglas Fir, which came from piers that were installed during the Treasure Island World Fair over 75 years ago. During the decommissioning processes, GCI was able to donate items and materials to those in need in our community. We donated to three schools, one after-school program, and two temporary offices.
