This project consisted of a complete renovation of the 16th floor at 101 California. The new build-out consists (roughly) of 10,000 sq. ft. of open office workstations, a 7,500-sq-ft trading area as well as 3,000 sq. ft. of executive offices PLUS another 4,000 sq. ft. of meeting rooms and common areas.  What we’re trying to say is, there’s a lot of square feet. The lobby finishes include a feature wall paneling system and a large boardroom that can be opened up to expand the lobby (via a Nana Wall partition system).
